In the project settings there is the setting for 'maximum instance run-time'. This is the maximum time you allow a single stream to run. It can be used to control session times of your users forcefully by limiting the run-time of an instance with this value, regardless of user inactivity. So even an active user will be kicked out of a session if this maximum time was reached.
