Note: This section is only relevant if you have a Core/Custom plan

Creating a Support Ticket

If you have Core/Custom plan with Arcware Cloud, then you will have access to the 'Create Support Ticket' feature in the Help Center.

To Submit a support ticket simply click the 'Create Support Ticket' button

  1. Please try to fill out the support form as informative as possible, to help us solve your issue faster. This form can be used for Bug Report / Sales and Marketing / Feature Request / Questions / Comment.

  2. If your issue is related to a specific project, please provide the project name or project ID. Project ID can be found here...

  1. Once the details are filled in click Send and our support team will contact you via email as soon as possible.
